Verrigni Squid Ink Spaghetti
Our thin cut squid ink pasta from Verrigni is jet black and stays that way throughout cooking. It is a traditional Mediterranean pasta with a subtle briny flavor that tastes great with a variety of seafood sauces or served as a side dish with fish. It makes a striking presentation when combined with shrimp or scallops or try it with cubes of sautéed butternut squash for some fun on Halloween.
