ORIGIN Uji, Japan Kukicha is a light, gentle tea made from the branches of the tea 'Camellia Sinensis' plant.
FLAVOR PROFILE Earthy aroma, soft texture with light chocolate taste.
BREWING KUKICHA We recommend using fresh spring water, at 180 degrees F. Brew one level teaspoon of Kukicha for 8 oz water. Steep for 5 minutes. Kukicha does not become bitter and can be infused several times.
