Braciole di Manzo al Sugo
Typical Southern Italian recipe, that is again suitable for so many variations. The main ingredients are thin-cut beef and homemade tomato sauce, then your creativity can do the rest!

Step 1
Start chopping carrots and onions and put them together into a large pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Sauté for a couple of minutes, then lowerthe heat and add tomato puree. Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (optional) and let go for half an hour.
Step 2
Create a roll with the beef, putting the chopped parsley and garlic inside and securing it with a long toothpick. put some breadcrumbs on top and put them inside the tomato sauce. put ecerything together in the oven or in the crockpot for around an hour.
Step 3
Serve with the eggplant pesto spread on the side.
