Tenuta Margherita Risotto with Saffron 8.8 oz
Risotto with Saffron is made with Carnaroli rice.
Brown the content that is in the box with a tablespoon of oil for about one minute on moderate flame. Stir and simmer with white wine until reduced. Gradually pour 22 fl oz of hot salted water while stirring, until water reduces and the risotto reaches the desired consistency (approx. 17min.) When it is almost ready, add a knob of butter and grate some parmesan cheese on top.
